Suzanne made her debut as an author-illustrator in the anthology Our Australian Heart.

Book editing

Suzanne works with publishers and children’s book authors as a freelance editor to help make stories the best they can be. Children’s book authors can book manuscript assessments and editing any time. For publishers seeking an editor, or authors with longer stories, please send Suzanne a message to discuss your needs.

Film, TV, theatre and beyond

As well as writing children’s books, Suzanne is a masters-qualified scriptwriter and producer. She’s worked on documentaries for the ABC and SBS, produced award-winning narrative content for non-profits, written the script for a video game for people with vision impairment, created a series of comic cabarets inspired by 1940s radio drama, and co-founded a touring opera company – delivering sold-out productions. One of her big dreams is to write a story that makes it to the stage as a musical!
